The data controller is "M&C Hotels SRL," with its registered office at Viale Antonio da Noli 20 – 47042 Cesenatico, and the data processor is "M&C Hotels SRL," with its office for the role located at the company’s premises.

The data processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned office and at the site’s service provider’s location. The processing is handled only by company staff or any authorized persons carrying out occasional maintenance operations.
